Dr. Danny Firth

Dr. Danny Firth attended medical school and undergraduate at the University of Florida before completing his Family Medicine at the University of Arizona. During his residency training he completed a three-year longitudinal curriculum in integrative medicine through the Andrew Weil center for Integrative Medicine.Dr. Firth has held several academic appointments, including with the Mayo Clinic and University of South Florida.  He has also served as Family Medicine Department Chair. He is passionate about teaching both patients as well as other healthcare providers.He spent the first part of his career taking care of hospitalized patients and getting them well enough so they could go back out in the community. He has seen first-hand that the sick model of patient care is not in the best interest of the patient and is passionate about helping patients optimize their health to help them thrive.
