Alyssa Ritchey
Health Coach

I live near Asheville, North Carolina with my husband and our dog, and enjoy spending time outdoors whitewater kayaking and mountain biking. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and I am currently completing the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine through The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. My background includes competing six times internationally for Team USA in women’s weightlifting and qualifying for crossfit regionals four times. For over a decade, I have coached clients worldwide and hosted seminars in crossfit and weightlifting. Alongside health coaching, I work as an ICU nurse across multiple intensive care units, which continually reinforces my passion for prevention, resilience, and compassionate care. My goal is to help clients build sustainable, empowering approaches to long-term health.
