Our test kits ship with priority postage for the fast delivery to your home and back to the lab. When you receive your test kit, you will also receive simple directions on how to register and schedule a video conference appointment such that the sample acquisition can be observed. During the video conference, we will guide you through the observed sample collection process, and help you pack your sample to ship back with the shipping label & materials provided. The sample will be priority mailed back to our lab for immediate processing. You will receive secure digital results by email within just 24-48 hours of the lab receiving your sample. Your test results will confirm whether or not you are infected with SARS-CoV-2, the strain of coronavirus responsible for COVID-19, using an FDA EUA Authorized RT-PCR test.

What is COVID-19?
COVID-19 is a new disease caused by an RNA virus (SARS-CoV-2). Patients typically have fever, dry cough, and may develop respiratory distress. Other symptoms that may occur are sore throat, sinus congestion, runny nose, fatigue, myalgia, headache, loss of taste or smell, or diarrhea.
How does the test work?
The test determines whether you have been infected by testing for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It does this by detecting unique genetic markers that are specific to the virus using real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) testing. You may also be eligible for further insurance coverage depending on your insurance company and if prescribed by a doctor. We recommend you contact your insurance company to see if such testing can be reimbursed and submit your receipt to them as a claim.
