As an athlete, your performance is put to the test every day and we can optimize your performance by creating personalized programs.

Our team understands that a one-size-fits-all approach to your training and nutrition doesn’t make sense. Everyone responds differently to foods, movements, and supplements. This is based on your genetics and other environmental factors, so that’s where we’ll start.​ Once we have a complete picture of your genetics, hormone levels, lab values, microbiome, and current fitness level we can develop a personalized, precision plan for optimizing your performance. This will include a personalized supplement, nutrition, training, and sleep program.

All athletes respond uniquely to different programs and they need different amounts of recovery as well. We can determine this for you through genetic testing and monitoring your response using wearables. Tracking your sleep, heart rate variability, and AM resting heart rate can give you a tremendous edge when training. You can know before you get an illness in order to prevent it. You can even identify when you’re overtraining and need to add more recovery to prevent an overuse injury. We teach you how.

Training hard every day can lead to imbalances, which need to be identified and corrected. You may need supplementation with certain vitamins, minerals, or hormones. Your specific single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) can give us valuable information. For example, with a simple genetic test we can identify enzyme production and activity that may lead us to add or remove certain supplements from your regimen, like vitamin D and folate, which can greatly affect your performance.

The Wild Health team is comprised of physicians and elite athletes. Collectively, we have lectured internationally, won international awards for innovation, and won national teaching awards from Harvard, University of Utah, University of Kentucky, and other universities. We have published multiple best selling textbooks, authored hundreds of book chapters, and published hundreds of peer reviewed articles in leading journals. We are also athletes ourselves – ultra distance runners, elite level mountain bikers, all-American track athletes, and former collegiate sports players.

Additionally, we are super geeks when it comes to human performance potential and pushing the limits. We will recommend cutting edge technology when appropriate. It may be neuropriming with the Halo Sport, or fitness tracking with the Whoop or Oura device so we can meticulously follow your progress and make adjustments. We’re constantly beta testing new devices and training methods, and we will share our findings with you.
