My personal passion for nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being led me to pursue a career in health and wellness. I worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department at the University of Kentucky for 6 years. While there, I quickly realized that I had the ability to provide more for people by helping to prevent disease and illness from occurring, rather than just treating the symptoms when it is too late. This prompted me to learn more about disease prevention by pursuing a Master’s Degree as a nurse practitioner, which I completed in 2019. I have been with Wild Health since we opened our doors. During my time here, I have continued to further my education and training by attending functional medicine conferences and nutritional courses. I have also studied under experts in the fields of exercise science, nutrition, psychology, and epigenetics. I am continuously seeking to expand our teams’ areas of expertise!
