Brittany became interested in health and wellness while she was in graduate school studying psychology. Prompted by a desire to improve her own health, she began reading and learning everything she could about optimal health and nutrition. After seeing incredible changes firsthand in her own health, she shifted her studies to incorporate health education and behavior. She holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology with a focus on developmental cognitive neuroscience and a Master of Public Health in health promotion, education, and behavior. Brittany brings experience in psychological research, clinical and human factors research, health programming, professional writing and editing, project planning, and business management.
Brittany is passionate about mindfulness, organization, wellness, and the incredible emerging field of genomics-based personalized medicine. She lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband and two kids. She enjoys mindfulness-based exercise, yoga, running, adventuring outdoors with her family, and live music.
